Overview
Sizl, a food delivery startup, aimed to launch its operations in a timely manner to ensure the highest chance of success.
My role involved collaborating with the team to develop an ERP system that would streamline all the company's business processes. Thanks to our coordinated efforts, we successfully defined the MVP scope and completed the project within the timeline, managing to stay two months ahead of the development schedule.
Results
Throughout this project, I engaged daily with the founder and developers, allowing us to thoroughly understand and maximize the potential of the business processes and capabilities.
